The successful candidate will oversee internal development staff while managing external consultants, lenders, public agencies, legal counsel, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with strategic objectives. This role is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of multifamily, affordable housing, and mixed-income real estate development projects, from site identification and predevelopment through construction completion and lease-up.
