1. Strong interpersonal skills to build working partnerships with faculty, staff, and students as well as external parties including neighbors/local residents, city officials, municipal/county/state police agencies, local health services, first responders and members of the media. The Assistant Shift Supervisor in this position, in concert with the Shift Supervisor, Associate Director, and Director, provides leadership for the Campus Safety Student Assistant Program and the shift team.
