An established, locally owned professional services firm in south-central Pennsylvania is looking for an experienced Tax Attorney to advise individuals, closely held businesses, and business owners on federal, state, and local income tax matters. Preferred: an LL.M. in Taxation or a CPA license, U.S. Tax Court admission, experience representing clients before the IRS or PA Department of Revenue, pass-through entity experience, and a background at a CPA or law firm.
