and assist in producing a MTTL for each mission area.</li><li>You will analyze Task Analysis Worksheets to ensure training requirements are derived by identifying TTL and knowledge, Qualifications, and abilities (KSA) needed to perform each task and comparing the entry level of learning to the required Bloom's taxonomy level of learning.</li><li>You will work with colleges/universities, institutions, industry, or Government agencies (i.e. Government, DoD, Joint, USAF, industry, academia, or foreign government) to identify and implement new information applicable to specific courses (or lessons).</li><li>You will review all guidance, technical documents, and manuals to ensure they effectively enable Government personnel to utilize training systems in instruction.</li><li>You will assess and analyze training needs through surveys, interviews with staff members, student feedback, training needs analysis, customer site visits, and training planning team direction, and recommend changes to improve existing curriculum.</li><li>You will work with internal and external SMEs to incorporate new material developed by SMEs into current or new courseware.</li><li>You will utilize ADDIE for development of new training programs and curriculum updates and assist in the Spiral Development Cycle (SDC).</li><li>You will audit feedback from internal and external sources with military and Government staff to ensure currency, consistency, and quality of course material.</li><li>You will review, coordinate, and prepare responses for internal and external directives and documents pertaining to training.</li><li>You will operate an application-based Learning Management System (LMS) Authoring Manager and LMS Perception Manager to build, deploy questions, schedule tests, retrieve, and analyze test and critique metrics, build classes and student rosters and grade student tests. (e.g., Moodle, Question Mark®)</li><li>You will perform curriculum quality assurance audits on all 39 IOS managed lessons per direction from the COR/Alternate COR.</li><li>You will assist in authoring cognitive and performance objectives and test questions.</li><li>You will review curriculum for grammar, format, and classification IAW established 39 IOS SOPs/Instructions/OIs, ACC Instructions, and Joint Directives.</li><li>You will provide courseware documentation support for courseware developers.</li><li>You will update the Master Course File courseware documents, illustrations, and handouts as part of the SDC unique to each course.</li><li>You will provide user/test administration and critique creation and management within the test and critique management software. The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for the Boomtown Casino Biloxi and Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast properties: <ul><li>Responsible for providing guidance and training to staff in Finance department. Supports operational goals.</li><li>Completes and adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to deadlines.</li><li>Complete daily auditing, processing and recording of revenue and expenses and ensure that all work is completed on time.</li><li>Monitor compliance of revenue activities on the property via the exception process to ensure that all relative documentation is completed in compliance with all applicable policies and laws, including SOX.</li><li>Ensure procedural policies for audits, research variances, make corrections or revisions as needed, and cooperate with internal and external auditors as needed.</li><li>Complete journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and produce various revenue reports and statistical analysis.</li><li>Opens and sorts mail.</li><li>Codes non-po invoices and indicates “Requestor”.</li><li>Enters urgent check requests that are of high priority.</li><li>Enters ABC direct debits and applies against PO’s.</li><li>Assists with pending receipts as needed.</li><li>Reviews vendor statements as needed.</li><li>Scans and sends invoices to the appropriate email address for SS AP.</li><li>Completes data entry for accounting reports distributed to the property.</li><li>Enters warehouse adjustments and inventory counts for the EOM inventory process.</li><li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. </li><li>Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li><li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li></ul>
