Organization & Inventory Control: • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness of the Mixology Lab and designated prep areas • Create and maintain daily and weekly production lists based on outlet demand and forecasted business levels • Communicate low inventory levels and production needs to bar leadership in a timely manner • Track yields and minimize waste through proper preparation techniques and portion control • Assist with monthly inventory counts and beverage program stock management when required. This position requires the ability to perform the following physical activities: • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs • Continuous use of hands for fine motor skills and manual dexterity • Ability to work in environments with noise, kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperatures • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
