A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the design, implementation, operation, maintenance, and management of mission-critical land mobile radio (LMR) communications systems; including managing or leading the implementation of public safety radio infrastructure projects involving UHF, VHF, and/or 700/800 MHz simulcast systems, that has involved system expansion, modernization, migration, or major upgrades, is required. Responsibilities include ensuring reliable radio communications, overseeing system performance and troubleshooting, coordinating preventative maintenance, and managing system expansions, upgrades, and technology improvements.
