KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERVISOR:Guide staff in the development of client assessments, service plans, and case notes; and review and approve final documents from staffAssist with incoming referrals, assignments, and monitoring of caseloads and workloadResponsible for hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and disciplining of program staffMonitor the program budgetMonitor files, documentation deadlines, billing units, productivity, service authorizations, and billing claimsEnsure quality assurance through file reviewsReview billing units for accuracy and assist in correcting rejected billing claimsSafely transport clients as neededAct as a resource for case managers in client emergency and crisis situationsLOCATION: Madison, Wisconsin.
