Duties</h3><ul><li>Apply accounting theories, principles, and systems design to address complex business challenges and optimize financial processes </li><li>Review accounts and research discrepancies</li><li>Provide oversight of the accounts receivable and accounts payable process</li><li>Ensures timely invoicing, collection, accurate and efficient bill payment processing, and reconciliation activity </li><li>Develop work plans, project timelines, and key milestones </li><li>Review journal entries, ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements </li><li>Review account balances and financial statements </li><li>Research issues identified by staff and works toward resolution </li><li>Ensure proper workpaper documentation for all using a CRM </li><li>Ability to motivate and lead staff </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage unexpected and sometimes urgent firm or client matters
