10% - Oversees, the facility planning and maintenance operations of the College through the Facilities/Construction Manager and Director of Facilities to include anticipating and identifying long term facility needs, implementing specific renovation, remodeling, and new construction projects, developing funding strategies, managing all the campus centers plant operations and maintenance function, and working with the Deans, Campus Center Directors and Campus Plan Managers to identify Campus maintenance issues and developing plans to address these needs. Oversees the financial operations of the College through the Controller and Finance to Include accounting, support services, bookstore, budgetary control, investments, payroll, purchasing, grants management, inventory control, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
