The Senior Director of Program Management, Commercial Patient Care Pathway will lead enterprise-wide programs that optimize the patient care pathway, remove barriers to therapy adoption, and accelerate commercial growth by aligning cross-functional teams around strategic initiatives that improve patient outcomes and business performance. This leader serves as the central integrator across Commercial, Marketing, Clinical, Sales, Market Access, Operations, IT, Legal, Digital, and Product teams to ensure programs are aligned with corporate objectives and deliver measurable business and patient outcomes.
