Professional/industry certifications preferred, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), FCC (Federal Communications Commission) Radio License, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Assists the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) in executing the overall functioning of Metros Information Technology Services (ITS) by supporting and leading Metros internal ITS staff to meet their objectives of providing much of the technology infrastructure that supports communications with the public and near real time information to partners in Operations, other business units, and the public to improve mobility and trip experience.
