Developing accounts and building customer relationships, this may include but is not limited to:Forming alliances and partnering with customers to maximize revenue opportunitiesImproving customer satisfaction and developing positive business relationships with customersCommunicating the value of ISCO products and services through various interactionsPreparing sales information, quotes and submittals for the customer, market analysis and sales expenses for managementProblem solving and occasionally engaging in the collection of receivables as necessaryTo coordinate all sales efforts, both preparation for and direct prospect interaction, and work as a team with the customer service associate, such activities may include but are not limited to:Research for, prepare presentation and report for, and attend sales meetings.
