Understand the importance of risk assessment and escalate potential risks to senior team members, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. The ideal candidate should have basic experience with one or all of the following: end to end payroll administration using Workday, resolving taxation issues, reconciliation of payroll data, policy compliance, Service Now, and spreadsheet application knowledge.
