This role is designed to reduce dependency on outside accounting firms, eliminate recurring year-end cleanup, create disciplined monthly accounting processes, and build scalable accounting infrastructure capable of supporting future growth, multiple entities, and potential acquisitions. The person hired will serve as the long-term owner of accounting operations, bringing accountability, structure, and strategic insight to a function currently supported by an internal bookkeeper, outside CPA firms, and CFO oversight.
