The role is Arkansas Urology’s financial performance, reporting, budgeting, physician compensation and distributions, ancillary economics, and cash flow, and works closely with USSM’s centralized accounting, revenue cycle, and managed-care teams. 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 3+ years as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Controller within specialty physician practices, MSOs, or physician-services organizations.
