Master''s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required, along with at least ten years of progressive senior leadership experience in behavioral health, homelessness, and/or housing services, including experience operating at a COO/CPO or equivalent executive level. The CPO is the operational head and primary interfacing executive with funders, county and state partners, and community stakeholders agency-wide, and ensures excellence across clinical, administrative, fiscal, compliance, human resources, and quality improvement functions.
