p>j - Acts as the front-line liaison for all internal Brigham and Women's Cancer Center in Clinical Affiliation with South Shore Hospital departments and South Shore Hospital's Engineering Services, Nutrition and Food Services, Birthing Unit, Pediatric Meal Service, Maternity Services.

3 - Provides class/program registration for all Brigham and Women's Cancer Center in Clinical Affiliation with South Shore Hospital educational programs and South Shore Hospital's Community Benefits Programs.

Your responsibilities include handling support tickets, troubleshooting client concerns, offering solutions, and maintaining professional communication with clients across various channels. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction throughout their booking and travel experience.

In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer receives a positive and professional experience across email, chat, and phone channels. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the main point of contact for customers.

Our ideal candidate will also: Effectively use Microsoft Office software, Outlook, Word, Excel, to communicate via email to maintain weekly sales plans, call reports, customer contact files, and to analyze customer data. Be able to ask probing questions to understand customer needs, overcome objections by recommending profitable solutions, explain our value-added services, and ask for the order and close the sale.

This position partners closely with clients, vendors, and internal managers from Data Onboarding and Client Delivery to ensure data file requirements are clearly communicated, accurately set up, and delivered on time.
