Serve as a banking and payments SME while developing the team and external relationships — lead cross-functional treasury projects; coach and develop staff with direct management as the function scales; manage banking partners, payment processors, custodians, and technology vendors including pricing negotiation, service reviews, and bank fee analysis; partner across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Claims, and the clinical and provider organizations. Industry and systems: experience supporting commercial lines of business, healthcare or insurance background with Medicare Advantage and statutory/regulated entity familiarity; demonstrated experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba) and BAI2 / ISO 20022 file formats required, NetSuite or comparable general ledger software, and general knowledge of AI tools to automate treasury processes required.
