Maintain a working knowledge in underground injection control programs, hazardous materials and wastes, universal and solid waste, water and air quality, underground storage tank programs, emergency contingency plans, spill prevention, control and countermeasure, storm water pollution prevention plans, asbestos management, PCB compliance, project mitigation. Must be able to operate a vehicle in a safe manner, enter and exit vehicle without assistance, remain alert while driving for continuous periods of time and read and understand maps.
