Ten years of experience in a senior leadership, executive, or managerial role, preferably in a higher education setting or equivalent public or private sector organization with oversight of facilities budget, operations, and development of new and renovated facilities. The position will provide project management for large, complex construction and renovation projects including budgeting, planning and programming, design, contracting, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
