The candidate will support, when requested and coordinated with on-site COTR and maintenance personnel, the SA support tasks such as mission data backup and restore, database maintenance, user account creation and maintenance (with government oversight), data archiving, performance of data integrity checks, communication-port configuration, security incident reporting, and field-level TCTO instruction compliance (to include software baseline upgrade support). The contractor shall analyze, troubleshoot and maintain RPA-SOC computer and network systems including troubleshooting LAN/WAN communications, firewalls, operations support for Microsoft Windows operating systems, and networks at classification levels of Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), Secret and Unclassified not supported by the local base communications.
