Familiarity and experience with HydroCAD, Civil3D, HEC-RAS, various Hydraulic Engineering Circulars (HEC’s) for scour, stream and bank stability, roadway stability and stream scour/stability countermeasure design including but not limited to HEC-18, HEC-20 and HEC-23, or other hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software a plus.
