Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership teamQUALIFICATIONS:Current Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license required or ability to obtainPrevious Executive Director or assisted living leadership experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of Minnesota assisted living regulations and operationsExperience with staffing, budgeting, customer service, and regulatory complianceStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while supporting a team-focused cultureProficiency with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to travel locally or regionally as needed to trainings or meetings. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assisted living communities, including resident care, staffing, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, customer satisfaction, and operational leadership.
