The Dishwasher represents Miller’s Ale House by exhibiting professionalism, attention to detail, and a desire to foster a positive work environment.</td></tr><tr><td style="padding:0in 0in 0in 0in"> </td></tr></tbody></table>ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work.</li><li>Work directly with Team Members to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain proper food handling procedures and ensure sanitation of work areas, complying with food handling requirements.</li><li>Work closely with Team Members to ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed according to company standards</li><li>Collect bus tubs and dirty dishes from both FOH and BOH areas.</li><li>Ensure a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils for cooks, servers, and bartenders.</li><li>Re-stock areas for easy access by other staff members.</li><li>Provide support to cooks as needed, including occasional station assignments.</li><li>Communicate with fellow Team Members and Management to stay informed and ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping and mopping when necessary.</li><li>Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness, including taking out trash.</li><li>Complete running and end-of-shift side work, ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next Dishwasher.</li><li>Notify Management immediately of any potential problems or issues.</li></ul>

Requirements and Qualifications:
