The Regional Terminal Manager reports to the Director of Operations and oversees oversized home shipments from all home building facilities within the region, leading a staff of four team members and approximately 200 toter and pilot vehicle operators. This role is accountable for overall terminal performance, including driver operations, dispatch execution, safety outcomes, customer experience, and financial performance, and leads Driver Supervisors, Safety, and terminal staff to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient delivery.
