Under the immediate direction of the nurse, ERTs performs non-professional nursing care tasks for infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and other duties deemed necessary to provide an environment conducive to patient care. As an Emergency Room Technician, you will perform delegated patient care functions, safely, effectively, timely and efficiently, based on the age and culturally specific needs of the patient populations on the unit served.
