Key Responsibilities and Duties: Support planning, coordination, and execution of esports practices, matches, and tournaments; Assist with scheduling, communication, and logistics for MassBay esports team events and activities; Help manage esports facilities, equipment, and game platforms (PCs/consoles); Contribute to the production support of livestreams and broadcasts for matches (e.g., setup, OBS, Twitch); Assist with social media content, digital engagement, and promoting esports events on MassBay platforms; Compile and track participation metrics, match results, and program outcomes; Provide general administrative support to the Esports Program Coach and Athletic Department. MassBay fosters educational excellence and academic success to prepare students for local and global citizenship, to promote their personal growth, to meet critical workforce demands of communities, and to contribute to the region's economic development.
