In the UVA Career Center, the Career Events Assistant will: Events - support all aspects of career events, including: coordinating program dates, securing locations, purchasing , materials prep, facilitating venue/space set-up, catering, parking, on-site registration, signage, A/V needs, security, supplies, promotional items, clean-up, etc. Special projects - facilitate special projects as determined by the Assistant Director of Events & Marketing and the Senior Director for Strategic Planning and Initiatives (examples: assist with internal team retreats, planning meetings/processes, divisional priorities) and collaborates with UCC Shared Services Team members.
