Beyond traditional executive support, this role acts as a force multiplier: it applies technology and AI tools to research, drafting, and analysis; produces and refines executive-quality presentations; and coordinates strategic projects and initiatives across the function and with partners throughout the enterprise. Uses Microsoft 365 at an advanced level - Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive - including shared workspaces, permissions, and document collaboration, and serves as a practical resource for the team on these tools.
