Summary/Primary Purpose: The Executive Director of Development serves as the senior fundraising and external relations leader for the Western Division, responsible for the strategic direction, administration, and execution of all resource development, marketing, donor relations, and public relations programs in Omaha and divisional communities. Oversee creation, planning, and implementation of special events, donor cultivation activities, recognition programs, public awareness initiatives to include special events, Christmas fundraising programs, and civic events.
