Under minimal supervision, the role involves managing internal and external customer service, staffing, and financial operations in areas including, but not limited to, invoicing, payroll, purchasing, collections, credits, budgeting, expenses, fiscal reporting, profitability, allocations, inventory (both capital and non-capital), and reconciliation between the Sunnyside apartment management system (Yardi Voyager) and the University of Utah's financial reporting system (Peoplesoft). EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
