Required qualifications/skills:- 4–6 years of banking experience with progressive responsibility in lobby operations, management and customer service- Demonstrated people leadership, including training and development- Working knowledge of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and internal controls- Proficiency with core banking systems, cash handling, and operational procedures (Jack Henry a plus)- Strong communication, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills This psotion will require you to float between 2 branches, Frontenac, MO and Creve Coeur, MO as needed.
