Conduct routine, comprehensive safety inspections across all public and back-of-house areas, including gaming floors, cages/vaults, restaurant kitchens, bars, housekeeping, facilities, warehouse, administrative offices, and parking structures. Designs and delivers engaging safety onboarding for new hires, as well as specialized ongoing training for high-exposure teams (e.g., proper lifting for valets, ergonomic training for dealers, and kitchen safety for food and beverage staff).
