The role partners with emergency department, clinical, operational, interoperability, information services, and Epic/vendor stakeholders to improve emergency care workflows, patient movement, clinical documentation, ordering, charging, care coordination, outside record exchange, and cross-application integration; ensure application reliability; and support safe, efficient patient care across the enterprise. Experience supporting Epic ASAP and/or Care Everywhere workflows is preferred, including emergency department tracking, triage, clinical documentation, provider workflows, ordering, results review, patient movement, discharge, charging, external record exchange, interoperability, interface testing, mapped record testing, reporting, and integrated clinical workflows.
