ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and/or revise instructor-led and online trainings, including but not limited to: Analyze data to assess curriculum, learning and instructional needs, Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to develop course content, Develop and edit instructor manuals, presentation materials, handouts, infographics, and other relevant teaching tools, Use of e-learning authoring tools, as well as knowledge of multimedia learning best practices and graphic design to create online content. Facilitate in-person and virtual training classes, including the learning management system (LMS) training and other courses such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), First Aid, Cultural Competence and Communication, Non-violent Crisis Intervention (CPI), and Characteristics and Needs of Individuals Served, Ethical Decision Making in Catholic Community Service, and How We Work Operations Orientation.
