Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of Operating Room experience; Level I or Level II trauma experience; travel experience; at least 1 year of Epic experience; experience with laparoscopic procedures and Da Vinci robotic systems; ability to independently support orthopedic, neurological, general, vascular, endovascular, gynecologic, urologic, ear, nose, and throat, ophthalmic, plastic surgery, and trauma procedures; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; and current or pending Washington state licensure. Night-shift staffing includes two Registered Nurses, two surgical technologists, one anesthesia technician, and one surgical services assistant, requiring independent practice across all service lines.
