Business Partner – Participates in the daily management of the site aligning functional strategies, projects, and initiatives to deliver business solutions; coaches and develops frontline leaders · Engagement – Owns employee engagement for their respective site, to include regular, effective communications, recognition, and rewards at all levels; organizes community and local events · Talent Acquisition – Leads full-cycle recruiting process for all hourly requisitions; partners with leaders to develop and deliver onboarding, immersion, and training for new hires · Talent Management –Assists with talent management for the site including annual performance and talent reviews, workforce planning, development plans, learning & development opportunities, etc. · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred · Bilingual – Spanish required · 2+ years HR business partner experience; manufacturing or distribution experience preferred · PHR or SHRM-CP certifications or local equivalent preferred · Experience with HRIS, Payroll, and Applicant Tracking systems · Experience driving action plans to deliver desired outcomes · Ability to effectively coach, communicate, and influence frontline leaders and team members · Ability to travel less than 5% within the United States A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000-$85,000 + bonus + benefits.
