Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers at the siteSupport the full employee lifecycle, including new hire processing, onboarding, orientation, transfers, and employment separationsPartner with managers on onboarding, performance management, and employee relations mattersRespond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and practicesCoach managers through disciplinary processes and performance-related conversationsManage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and corrective actionsSupport employee terminations and ensure documentation and processes are handled appropriatelyConduct regular check-ins with leadership to support business and people needsEnsure HR policies, practices, and employment laws are followed consistentlyMaintain accurate records and utilize HR systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively. 2–3+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner–level experienceAbility to work independently in a stand-alone HR role with limited supervisionStrong employee relations experience, including disciplinary processes and investigationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to provide guidance and coaching to managersProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systemsWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
