Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security, or related field and 7 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area. Event Safety & Security Lead safety and security planning and execution for Walmart’s largest corporate events, including Year Beginning Meeting, Holiday Meeting, Shareholders Meeting and Associate Week, as well as Board meetings, executive offsites, leadership meetings, and other events throughout the year.
