The successful candidate will assume a supporting role in providing legal services to the Town Council and to other public bodies and departments of the Town on a broad range of matters, with primary responsibility for enforcement of Town Code provisions, various areas of transactional work, and for FOIA compliance. Work requires climbing, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, fingering, grasping, and repetitive motions; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels.
