Required skills: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line care/management, PICC line management, emergency medication administration, titration of cardiac drips, assisting with BiPAP/CPAP management, assisting with chest tube insertion/removal, care of ventilated patients, HFNC, interpretation of ABGs, suctioning (ETT, NT), ventilator management, infection prevention, isolation precautions/PPE use, and phlebotomy. Preferred skills: IV insulin protocols, accessing ports, starting IVs, CVA/acute stroke management, ICP monitoring, chemotherapy administration, and surgical wound care with drains/wound vac.
