As a Product Manager Apprentice, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, Data Science, and GTM teams to define, build, and scale features across our CCaaS product lines - including AI-powered voice, digital, analytics, automation, workforce management and integrations platforms. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are passionate about building enterprise SaaS products and want hands-on exposure to AI-driven customer experience technologies and modern cloud-native architectures.
