Provides references, readers advisory, and directions services assistance to patrons of all ages in locating various materials throughout the library, including speaking with patrons to determine individual needs, referring patrons to other community resources and libraries, demonstrating the use of the automated catalog, self-check, electronic resources, and internet services. Provides instruction to patrons in the use of all technology resources including the library computer catalog, internet resources, public computers and printers, computer games, microfilm/microfiche reader and printer, and copy machines, scanners, fax machines, projectors, sound system, and other resources.
