Conducts physical assessments using observation, inspection, auscultation, palpation, and percussion, orders/tests, analyzes, and interprets diagnostic images to evaluate the patients condition, and prescribes medications and therapies for treatment and preventive care. Ensure timely completion of required documentation and assigned tasks according to HFHC policies and procedures, including documents, progress notes, telephone encounters, labs, medication refills, referrals, and other necessary tasks.
