Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the positions scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. Current Coding Certification (CCA, CPC, CPC-P, CPC-H, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, RHIA), or the ability to obtain the CPC or CRC coding certification within 1 year of employment (or by Medica determined timeframe).
