This role assists with the administration, supervision, and coordination of overall functions—including student and staff recruitment, enrollment management, retention, educational programming, curriculum implementation, budget planning, student discipline, and counseling services. Assist with conducting monthly safety protocols (fire, active shooter, lockdown drills); oversee cafeteria during lunch/recess periods; participate in weekly grade-level team meetings to coordinate field trips, activities, and materials.
