Manager, the Coordinator provides support across corporate TV, WWTV Distribution, & AI business units: Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support all recruitment efforts, ensuring job descriptions are properly created and/or updated and that new positions are created/updated/routed within Success Factors, Lionsgate's Human Capital Management (HCM) software. At the direction of the SVP and Director, the Coordinator provides support across film and television productions, performing a variety of responsibilities for film and television projects, including: Organize and maintain Human Resources files for productions to ensure that production has easy access to up-to-date HR documents (code of conduct, content warnings, policies, memos, crew lists, film and television assignment grids).
