This individual will help HCM become more efficient, innovative, data-informed, and employee-focused by reducing manual work, improving systems and processes, increasing adoption of modern technology, and creating more capacity for the team to focus on strategic, high-value work. This individual will partner across HCM and with key stakeholders to improve systems, streamline processes, strengthen reporting, and identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance both team efficiency and the employee experience.
