Director of Organizational Development, the Organizational Development Consultant (ODC) will be responsible for the execution, implementation, coordination, and delivery of field initiatives that strengthen leadership capacity, assist in talent development, aid in succession planning, and implement the performance management framework for Retail, Post Retail, Supply Chain, eCommerce, GCS, and GSG. This role partners with business leaders to strengthen onboarding, elevate leadership effectiveness, and support career growth for team members at all levels of the organization.
