You qualify at the GS-11 grade level if you possess one of the following: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in Federal service, that demonstrates the ability to ???????1) Utilizing administrative processes and documentation requirements ensuring efficient and effective operation of assigned program areas; 2) Preparing reports and organize briefings to managers regarding operations; and 3) using analytical techniques to measure and improve assigned areas of responsibility; OR.
